I want to start Remote Desktop Services but I get ERROR 126: The specified module could not be found.

I tired to use sfc /scannow in cmd prompt, I have restarted my computer, and nothing is working. My computer is running on Windows 11. If anyone could help that would be appreciated.Also, previously, RDS was working but I stopped the service and now when I want to restart this service, I get that error message. I suspect I may have deleted some important files related to RDS or something and I don't know how to get them back.
