I want to sign in to my PC through my Microsoft account. what is the procedure?

HI Everyone, I need one help from you guys that I want to keep only one sign in password for my PC as well as for my all-Microsoft accounts. If I log in through one password at my PC it should gets automatically login to all my internal account. Further one more thing I need if I change the password for my Microsoft account through any other device then this should get syn to my PC log in too. Do any one from this community can be able to help me.
