I want to separate 2 Office 2016 Home & Business licenses that are under the same e-mail / account

I have 2 different Office Home & Business 2016 licenses that are registrated under the same e-mail address / account.I would like to separate them and then connect a new e-mail address to one of them. Is it possible to do that and how could I do it?Thank you for any help
