I want to scan and connect to a Bluetooth audio device (earbud) using its MAC address. Is there a way in Windows 10 or 11 to do this via command line?

I've tried Nirsoft's tools (bluetoothcl etc) but it doesn't connect and stream audio to the earbud. It only scans and returns the MAC address of the Bluetooth earbud.
