I want to restart my whole Windows 10, but I'm stuck on the BitLocker screen.

Hello, I have spent hours trying to fix my Windows laptop and I can't find a single solution to this problem: I'm stuck on the BitLocker security screen and if I try to reset it and delete all of my files with it, it won't let me. I've also gone through Troubleshoot then Advanced options and have tried to fit it that way, but to no avail. I don't have this Windows account anymore that used to be on this laptop or the password and email to go with it. I would like to start over, but am not sure how. Please help!
