I want to reset my pc

[Windows 11]

Everytime i try to factory reset my pc it says i don't have permission to use this i am the only user of this laptop and i have factory reset it in the past without this problem. I have tried everything every video every tutorial i just can't fix this problem. I think i lost my adminastrator.
