I want to reinstall windows on my HP 11 gen laptop

My windows is stuck in a boot loop where it just directs me to automatic repair,and whenever I try to install windows using a USB(created with media creation tool)I complete the initial setup only to find my hard drive missingPlease any help would be appreciated
