I want to increase my laptops vram but cant do it. Can someone help me, PLEASE?

I have a Intel mobile express 4 series chipset and it only has 128 mb (192 after using IncreaseFixedSegment) and it does not meet the requirements of the game i want to play. After months of trying, i found the directx key in regedit at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX. I changed the max vram value, changed the dedicated video and system values of each gpu driver and even exported the changed registry keys but it did nothing. Even after doing a restart, it just reverted to the previous value. is there a way to make it permanent? If there is then please tell me because the bios doe
