I want to change from Office 365 to one time purchase of Office 2021 (non-subscription). I don't have access to my documents on Word now since Ofc365 expired. I was told by IT person and online to delete MS Office 365 and use key from Office 2021 since both programs can't be run at the same time. How do I save my photos from the Windows Photos App(63.7GB of 5GB used) and the other programs I've saved things under with MS programs, especially documents. ? I'm on Windows 11
