i want to bypass "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software"

i hate that error, sometimes.. when i try to install a software and it pop up that error "Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software", i was trying to figuring out using tutorial and already did but doesnt work at all, it was taking to much time to use "mrt" scan, i use a full scan because of using quick scan doesnt work at all, can everyone help me with this stupidest error rn?let me install with a virus dawg..
