I want to ask about how to recover my Windows Product key

My laptop used to run Windows 7 Ultimate/Pro but I can't remember it clearly. I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and then my hdd broke so I went ahead and sent it fixed to a local shop. he said he changed my hdd to an ssd but the data on my hdd is corrupted so he can't transfer my Windows properly. Can I in anyway retrieve it?
