I"ve download 3 different programs to turn my taskbar transulsent. The bar will not obey the command of the software.

I"ve download 3 different programs to turn my taskbar transulsent. The bar will not obey the command of the software. Checked stteing it should work. Unless a Microsoft update it not allowing some how third party software.
