I use Win 10 64, pro, I want to upgrade to Win 11

I use Win 10 64, pro, I want to upgrade to Win 11, My current computer has MBR, everything I've tried and read tells me I have to use a GPT disk and that I will lose ALL my data, this is unacceptable. How do I upgrade to Win 11 without losing all my data? I'm using Veritas Backup Exec 22 and if I try and restore it will overwrite the existing as this is an image restore. I need to keep all my apps and data, this is critical.
