I upgraded my Acer Aspire laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 about August 1st, 2024, 6 weeks ago. About a week later, after updates, my computer froze, went to BSOD with "we gathering data" and an error code, stopcode: THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER, then it shuts down and auto restarts. I tried alll recommended fixes on Microsoft's site, i.e. remove updates, I have run the "Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version) numerous times which bought me a couple of days before another BSOD, shut down, restart, I've had Microsoft tech help twice, The 1st time she gained access to my computer and did
