I updated the bios on MSI z790a wifi motherboard and now windows is deactivated.

So I updated my MSI z790a wifi motherboard, and now windows is not activated. I have tried to google a solution but to no avail. there seems to be things you can do before you update the bios to stop it happening but once you have updated you cant go back and fix it. all my attempts to get support from Microsoft have been fruitless and most of the the links I am directed to are blocked. How can I actually contact support to get my issue resolved.
