i updated my windows 11 and now my task bar is gone and i can't acces the settings menu

hello! please help me i just updated my windows 11 last night and now my task bar is gone with all the icons.. i can't open windows menu or the settings menu, not even with commands. i have tried multiple diffrent commands and also tried restarting windows explorer. i am thankfull for any help i can get
