I updated drivers and now my playback devices does not include my HDMI, despite it actively outputing video to my tv. Was working yesterday

My "digital outpud(HDMI)" has been my default output for years as it goes to my TV, which then outputs to my Surround sound. I installed "warzone" last night, attempted to play it prompted I update drivers, so I found updates for both video and sound drivers. I updated both and now in my "playback" tab I have every device shown, none disabled and I have no option for HDMI as an output. I have my usb headphones, My music interface for recording, Nvidia output, Speakers (realtek audio), Realtek Digital output, and speakers (xSplit stream audio renderer).
