I typed wrong pin & now I can't sign windows in my laptop. Though I tried to sign in after 2 hour. But it is not fixing. What should I do?

I accidentally typed wrong pin 2 times while signing in windows in my laptop and then it says, "This sign-in option is disabled because of failed sign-in attempts or repeated shutdowns. Use a different sign-in option, or keep your device powered on for at least 2 hours and then try again".Well I tried after two hours but it is still showing the same line. I kept my laptop turned on for 2 hours and then tried to sign in. But it is still the same. I tried it two times, but it is not working. What is the issue? Please help me.
