I tried undervolting my GPU and now my pc doesnt work after resetting the settings of it.

My settings i undervolted to were2550 mhz / 1.000 vmy defaults are 2550 mhz / 1.050 vand when uninstalling msi afterburner to reset the settings, i reset back to the defaults and now nothing wants to load up, or loads up for one second and crashes immediately. Can anybody offer any help?

When I tried a hard reset on my desktop pc it took to long so I turned it off and now when turning it on the monitor screen goes on and then shuts off
