I tried to unhide AppData wrong way, and all User Data now hidden

I wanted to see AppData files, but instead of just saying show all hidden folders files, from the View tab at top of File Explorer - I right clicked on the AppData folder >> Show more options >> Properties >> GeneralThen I unchecked "Hidden". And it said I need admin permission to do it so I clicked whatever button came up.But... instead of unhiding AppData Files, it hid all my User folders (like Documents, Pictures, Videos). I'm not sure why it "Hid" everything for my whole User when I unchecked 'Hidden'. I also noticed there was a "-" minus sign in box for "Read-only", so I
