I've looked online and it suggested to do a clean installation of windows using bootable media which I tried but when selecting what drive to install it into there are no drives and when i click browses there is a x drive called boot and a c drive called esd usb but it wont let me delete any pre existing partrions if there are any as the whole driver selection screen is blank with no drives at all and I'm lost on what to do to get my laptop working again I don't mind if it completely wipes it i just need some way to get it working again I've tried a start up repair which it told me the problem
