I tried to do a full fresh install of win 10 and my usb ports will not work

So i tried to do a fresh install of windows 10, and i had to reboot my pc so i could properly install it to my ssd. unfortunately that must have either disabled my ports or something but i can no longer use any of my keyboards at all and it won't boot into the boot usb. I have not found a fix or anything similar to help with my issue.
