Split from this thread. Hi, Thank you for the reply. I tried creating a new bootable USB drive on another PC, and then reinstalling Windows 10 again. This time, it shows only one disk which is "Drive 0 Unallocated Space" that have a total size of only 3.9 GB. I dont think it detects my HDD.Several days ago when I tried changing the hard disk boot priority, my hard disk is detected as "ST500DM002-1bc142". But now I'm not sure why it got detected as "ST_M13FQBL".I also tried to open the command line, type "diskpart" and "list volume". It only shows dvd-rom and my usb. It doesn't detect my har
