I tried logging in but my account "doesn't exist"

Yesterday I tried logging into my Xbox account on my laptop and got the message that my account does not exist. I have last used this account on Monday, the 15th of July. I've tried the recovery form but that did not work. What I also noticed is that I never got an email that my account details have changed, like my password or alias. I'm starting to think they might've also compromised my google account and deleted those emails, but that's just speculation. I have now made this account with the email of the account that has been compromised, because I needed an email to look for help. At this
