i tried downloading think or swim on my new HP ...i have windows 11......microsoft seems to block it from happening?

I've tried to get think or swim on my new HP pc.......it won't download without removing microsoft security? how do i download and keep the security? I'm not very tech savvy ...58 yrs old and this is my first computer :/ ;/
