I tried downgrading from windows 11 to 10 but now my monitors aren't responding

I backed up my files and everything. After I did the iOS thing and clicked finish, my pc restarted, when it came back on, my monitors weren't showing anything; but my mouse, keyboard and pc were running. I tried plugging my monitor cable into different ports, turning my pc on and off, as well as my monitors, but that didnt work. Please help me, I've tried looking everywhere but I haven't been able to find a solution.
