I tried a Clean Boot but now I can't Access my Account.

I tried to Clean Boot my PC but am now Stuck on the LogIn Screen telling me my Pin is Unavailable.I tried contacting microsoft support multiple times now, both times getting put on Hold and then just Hung up on. Very Helpful
