i think my pc has corrupted system so i tried sfc /scannow but sfc doesnt work?

Good morning/evening/afternoon mam/sir soi typed sfc but it says: Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service. i also tried updating my pc to windows to windows 11 but it says: Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712) , i also try to fix it by factory resetting my pc but it wont let me reset like it always get cancelled like the update. THANK YOU!
