I think my hard drive has partitioned into 3 volumes

Since approximately 2 weeks ago, on Startup - before typing in my log in credentials (4 digit pass code) - my PC screen shows a blue screen with 3 Windows Volumes, with the first one highlighted. I click on that 1st volume and access my Windows 11 log in page, where I type in my 4 digit pass code. This never occurred before, i.e., somehow my hard drive has been partitioned into 3 drives. How do I resolve this issue?
