I think i have a Trojan Horse

Im thinking i have a trojan horse or something in one of my programs on my computer, i have avast premium scan and it tells me that everyting is fine, but i have gotten a lot of notifications about suspiscious activity on my google. microsoft and meta accounts. I have changed my passwords, but the hackers still manages to get access in some way.
