It has been like this for a week and have tried the basic things, like "Verify games integrity" and even restarting the PC. The games are in Steam, Ubisoft, and Xbox app (most games were AAA rated). I've also had 2 unexpected shutdowns of my PC and when starting again some settings were changed: (1) background was changed to a default color and (2) the display settings changed.I've ran already: DISM, /sfc, as well as Memory Scan Diag., and Windows Defender for malware.
