I switched from Mac to HP recently. I set up an email account thru outlook but I can't log in to that email even though it is connected to my Windows.

I can't add the email to outlook, because it tells me another user has that email... which is me. I need access to that email to set up a security key. I have somehow connected my onedrive thru my school and my school email address is attached to my microsoft account as well. Im lost and I had to ask for an extension for my finals. I've called and tried to chat with HP, Microsoft, Outlook and gone to message boards. I do not know how to fix this other than starting all over by taking my computer back to factory.
