I still have Windows 7. For some reason the log in page with password , disappeared . Can someone tell me How to get it back ? Thanks for any help.

Can someone tell me HOW to get my log in page and password back for e-mail page ? It disappeared a little over a month ago and Ive tried everything to get it back. I'm a Computer Dummie . Help !Thanks for any help.
