I signing into my microsoft account on the built in admin and now its connected all my stuff how do i revert and log it all out so it doesnt have a mi

On my built in administrator account i logged into my Microsoft account when downloading something from Microsoft store and then on settings it says my email and logs all the apps in with my email and all my files are there. How do I remove it without making a new account?
