I run XP for older games. Disc 1 loads and asks for disc 2, but when I put disc 2 in and click OK, nothing happens. Help please.

I have many XP games but I am having problems when there is more than 1 disc to load. Disc 1 no problem. It ask for disc 2 abd click OK. However, when I do this and click OK, nothing happens. When I look into disc 2, there is no exe file. Help please.
