I run Microsoft Defender Offline Scan on Windows 11 but it never reaches 100% and there are no results why?

I ran the offline virus scan , but it never reaches 100%. it always stop at around 91%. does this mean i have virus or is something wrong with my computer (Surface Laptop). Also when I go to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Current Threats, there is no record of the offline scan and so there are no scan results. What's going on?
