I restored my pc and I'm having issues

I recently restored my pc using system restore and now i figured my widgets aren't working i can't even open and media file format, it keeps saying can't be found, explorer is also very laggy edit: i repaired photos app which fixed the issue anyone know how i can repair the widgets and also maybe repair my whole pc cause it's laggier than before
