I restarted my laptop for updates and now I'm getting this error

Hey so last night I did a OS transfer (upgraded my drive from HDD to M.2) and it was successful it was running all fine I went to bed and it was still fine I ran diskpart selected my 2nd disk the former hdd for my os and typed clean then created a new partition gave it a new letter it was all good I do the updates that need to be done and this happened I ran cmd with a usb creation tool did all the boot rec stuff nothing I tried startup repair didn't even get a chance
