I reset Microsoft log in six digit password and not remember security question thus I cannot use my laptop. How can I solve this problem

In my computer I have 2 log in window. One is work account and one is personal but I put both account same email address. Yesterday my computer is locked (may be I do mistake) and I try to log in. My work account ask password (six digits) and I did not remember. Then I try to reset. I have to answer 3 security questions but window responds one or more answers are not correct. My other log in account (personal) is ok. But in this personal account I forget administrator account user name/password.
