i replaced my mainboard because of hardware issue

I have actived the window with the old mainboard 2 weeks ago but that mainboard get onto hardware issue so i was replaced a new one by the mainboard company but now i can not re-activate the new one unless purchasing an other active key so i am looking for support with this issue
