I recently noticed that the top row of my keyboard containing the function keys, has been doing other tasks than what they are initially meant to do.

For instance, if I press the 'decrease brightness (F6) key' then it will proceed to open the taskbar, if I press the keyboard brightness key (F5) it proceeds to refresh the page. Someone please help I am annoyed of this issue.
