I recently made changes to the partitions and my dell laptop is booting to recovery screen

My dell laptop is rebooting to recovery screen (screenshot attached below) I have tried to use the commands to rebuild the boot config file however it gives me no specific file found error.I can’t see any disk besides disk 0 when tuning diskpart Only see one which is my plugged in USB and no partitions.The only place where I see the partitions under this path D:\Intel\production\Windows10-x64\15063\Drivers\VMD (screenshot attached below)I can see all the partitions here and can see the main partition my “C” is set to recovery with 420.8 gb and all other partitions including system partition ar
