I really can activate my windows

[Windows 10]

my mom sent our laptop to a repair shop when it got back the activate windows started showing. i tried doing the troubleshoot and do what it says but to no avail. i can't connect to my organization server or something and i don't know our product key because it was already set up when we bought it. I already tried looking for my product key with the help of the internet and succesfully done it but when i tried to use it to activate , it did not work. i really don't know what to do at this point.
