I raised a call back request still no reply from support

[Windows 11]

I purchased 3 windows11 pro licenses from reseller,! key is worked and another 2 is showing error. Its showing already that key are used and both systems are showing Installation ID and Phone activation 2 numbers is mentioned in the screen but calls is not attending any agent its automatically disconnect after Arabic prompting. then I tried to get support online. I can not start chat with agent. It creating a call back request. after creating call back request its showing within 2Hours support team will contact. now after creating call back more than 12 hours I waited.What I can do now for act
