I purchased wrong downloadable version of windows 11. Looking for refund. Instructions lead to no problem solve

I have realised that this version of the software is not compatible wit my PC. I want to return and get my money back. So far I spent over 2 hours on reading instructions over and over again and following useless and fake instructions a I feel absolutely fooled by one of the biggest corporations. Without bs .please give my my money back
