I purchased a new windows 12 laptop and cannot print to my Epson ET-2850 sublimation printer

I have had my Epson ET-2850 for about a year. I recently just purchased a new laptop with Windows 11. I have not been able to print on the Epson since then. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times. It will print one page after that and then when I try to print another page, I open the print queue and instead of saying "printing", it says "spooling" and never prints. I have to go into services and restart the print spooler to delete that particular print job. What can I do?? I am very frustrated.
