I purchased a new Windows 11 Pro retail box with the USB and the installation failed during initialization and the USB drive is not responding. It doesn't matter which port you put it in or which boot order you put on the BIOS is always fails to launch the USB. The NVMe drive did not complete the install so it randomly displays something about windows not booting properly. One time it did show the option to repair and I said yes form USB. Then black screen again. How do I get another one or get this fixed?
