I have been trying to figure this mess by myself, and I am way past the point of frustration without any help support. First all, I have many issues that I need to address and I am wondering why there isn 't any compassion support to help us through this. We pay for your products, and we don't get any free services,,. My time is valuable also, not to mention that I actually have things to do that I need to complete, rather than spending hours for days waiting for MIcrosoft.
