I paid for Windows 11 pro and I never got it was never able to download it and never received a product key

I paid for the windows 11 pro $107.51 I received a confirmation from a no reply email and I keep getting a email like can't get through to anybody I get hung up on the customer service number.... I never even received a product key for it and have never downloaded it and no one will answer I've been through my subscriptions over and over and over it's the one thing there's no tracking on and I want to report abuse on whoever did it I want my money back either that and then give me a license key for genuine software so I can download it I'm getting really pissed off.
