I Paid for an upgrade to Win 11 Pro on order 9309972314 and my confirmation does not have a key. Microsoft hung up on me with no contact.

I have been using Win11 Home on my 3 computers for over a year but need to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro to get the remote desktop. I need that to access my astronomy telescope mini PC as a hotspot. I paid for it and quickly got a confirmation that it had been paid, but confirmation did not include the Key needed to upgrade. I contacted Microsoft and got thru on the phone. I got the voice message that the next available rep would be with me shortly. After 10 minutes of silence all I got was a dial tone.
